'Green' Paints

There are several different types of 'green', or environmentally friendly paints available on the market. Typically the "green-ness" of a paint is measured by its VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Environmentally friendly, low-voc products have vocs that are less than 50 grams of VOC per liter.

There are also some zero voc products available, but you typically will sacrifice performance with these paint products.
